Samantha Turene

Samantha and her sister Anceline came to New Life Children’s Home from Cite Soleil, the poorest area of Port-au-Prince. Their parents are living but their mother became very ill and could no longer care for them. Samantha is a happy little girl and wants to be part of everything that is going on. You will often find her in the playground playing with her sister and their friends.  She loves dancing and singing with the other children.  Her chore around the home is washing dishes.  Samantha wants to learn to play soccer and wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
